 Cooked squid with scallions cilantro ginger and some peppers in soy sauce this is really good and very tender.

 ha mai cheung rice rolls with dried shrimps you dip the rice rolls in the soy sauce, always good here.

 Ham sui gok deep fried dough with minced pork and mushrooms very good.

Ap kuh tsap stuffed duckfeet this time with a little different filling with crabstick,cha chiu and piece of chicken very good and this is the only place in Eindhoven where you can get this.

Braised pork belly with mui choy very good here with the meat very tender and juicy.

Just home from Umi kaiseki for diner great seafood there.

 Fresh mustard cabbage soup with chicken and salted duck egg one of my favorite soups there at diner time.

 Whelks with XO sauce with also lots of vegetables very good and tasty.

First time I had whelks in a chinese restaurant.

 Cha chiu good and tender.

 Cha chiu cheung Ricerolls with cha chiu very good here.

 stuffed bellpepper eggplant and tofu with black bean sauce very good here

 Love this dish stuffed with meat and shrimp.

 Closer look at the tofu and eggplant,specialy the eggplant was the best very tasty.

Restaurant Urumqi Rotterdam

Today again in this restaurant for uyghur cuisine and it was the 4th time i came here.

 Lamb dumpling soup with lots of cilantro great to start the meal with.

 Lamb hoofs with fresh herbs like garlic and lots of ginger and scallions and bellpepper.

 This is one of their top dishes and the second time i have order this dish.

 Cucumber salad great also.

Great uyghur food.
