 Cha dai cheung Fried pork intestines crispy and good here.

 Sharkfinn dumplings good.

My dimsum lunch this early afternoon.

 Steamed mantau love this dish.

 Ma lai goh one of my favorite chinese sweets.

 Fried mantau very good.

Choy yuk pau very good here also.

dinner Umi kaiseki Eindhoven

Last week again at dinner  at Umi kaiseki in Eindhoven.

Braised pork belly with mui choy very good here with the meat very tender and juicy.

Diner Umi kaiseki Eindhoven

Just home from Umi kaiseki for diner great seafood there.

 Fresh mustard cabbage soup with chicken and salted duck egg one of my favorite soups there at diner time.

 Whelks with XO sauce with also lots of vegetables very good and tasty.

First time I had whelks in a chinese restaurant.
