A new dimsum restaurant in Eindhoven and very good.

 Ngau tjap tjong ( beef intestines ) very good.

 Sichuan assortiment with duck wings,pork feet,scuid,pork ear,verry good.

 Fung tjau pai quat faan ( rice bowl with pork ribs and chickenfeet ) very good and very juicy and tender meat.

 Wonton kingsize in soup very good.

Mango pudding very good.

Today to Umi kaiseki for dimsum.

 Ngau tjap tjong ( beef intestines ) very good.

 Ha mai cheung (rice rolls with dried shrimps ) always good here.

 Sie tjap fung tjau (chickenfeet with black bean sauce ) my favorite in every dimsum restaurant.

 ha gau ( shrimp dumplings ) very good here.

 Ma tai goh ( water chesnut pudding ) very good here.

Yam cha always good here.

Since 4 months a new dimsum restaurant in Rotterdam and i give it a try today.

 Sie tjap fung tjau ( chickenfeet in black bean sauce ) very good.

 Cheung fan with slices of duck and salted vegetables great here.

 Red date cake sweet and very tender.

Big seafood dumpling in soup one of the highlights of the meal really good.

Today to Umi kaiseki for dimsum.

 Ha mai cheung ( ricerolls with dried shrimps ) good as always here.

 Sie tjap fung tjau ( chickenfeet with black bean sauce ) and a new item for me deep fried bread with fishpaste filling very good.

And mini claypot with curry fishballs ans pork skin realy good specialy the curry sauce that goes well with white rice.

Today to Restaurant Hong kong in Eindhoven long time ago i was here but it still excelent.

 Tapioca pudding with red bean paste and salted duck egg yolk inside,sweet and good.

 Fried dumplings with vegetables and shrimp filling good.

 Sie tjap fung tjau ( chickenfeet with black bean sauce ) great here.

 beancurd rolls with vegetables and shrimp filling wrapped with rice rolls,maybe the only restaurant who have this i gues not seen in another dimsum restaurant,these are good.

 Ngau pak yip ( ginger beef tripe ) great here.

Mah lai goh ( malaysian cake ) very good here.

 Ham sui gok ( fried dumplings with pork )great here at this restaurant

Spare ribs with plum sauce good also.
